  DO NOT GO WITH THEM!! I got car insurance from this agent, and switched in less than a year because their 'secretaries' have NO idea how to do their jobs. In the 8 months I had the policy, they MESSED IT UP 6 TIMES, and didn't even tell me. I only know because the national State Farm sent me letters notifying me of the changes. Once, 3 MONTHS after starting the policy, I get a letter from State Farm saying that my policy isn't legal, and they will be terminating it. I PAID for coverage!!! They also added my mother onto the policy, for my car, and never told me! I'm 22 and don't live with her, and just received a new insurance card in the mail with her name on it. They also overcharged my bank account twice, and terminated my payment method three times (because they lost the paper with my signature three times, nothing to do with my bank account). I even went in to sign it once, and they still lost it. I don't know how they haven't been sued!!! They also need to learn that it's illegal in Illinois to smoke in public places. That room always smells like cigarettes.
